Terms of Service for XPollinate.ai (Alpha Trial)

Welcome to XPollinate.ai! These terms explain how you can use the platform during the alpha trial. Please read them carefully.

By using XPollinate.ai, you agree to the following:

1. Who Can Use XPollinate.ai

You must be at least 18 years old. If you're using the platform on behalf of a company, you must have authority to accept these terms.

2. Your Ideas Stay Yours

  • You own any content or ideas you enter into XPollinate.ai. We do not claim ownership of your submitted ideas.
  • You use the platform to organize or share them—privately or with users you explicitly authorize.

3. Feedback Helps Us Improve

If you provide feedback about how the platform works, we may use it to improve XPollinate.ai.

We will not use your creative content—only technical or usability suggestions.

4. Respect the Platform and Community

Please don't upload anything harmful, illegal, or disruptive. Don't try to break or reverse engineer the system.

5. Privacy & Data

We collect only what's needed to support your experience (like your name, email, and basic usage data). See our Privacy Policy for full details. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. Account & Termination

  • You can stop using the platform at any time.
  • We may suspend access if you violate these terms or misuse the system.

7. Platform Ownership and Limitation of Liability

XPollinate.ai is a product of XPollinate LLC, a California-based company.

XPollinate.ai is provided "as is" during this alpha phase.

XPollinate LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—including but not limited to loss of data or content—arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, unless local law (such as GDPR) grants you stronger protections.

Disputes may be resolved through arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as XPollinate.ai evolves. We'll notify you if major changes are made.

Appendix A: Non-Disclosure Agreement

(Confidentiality & IP Agreement for Alpha Access)

By accessing this alpha version of the X-Pollinate.ai software platform, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Confidentiality:

I understand that the software, including its code, features, functionality, and user experience, is confidential and proprietary. I will not share, disclose, screenshot, or discuss it with any third party without written permission.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property in the software—code, design, algorithms, and future enhancements—is the exclusive property of Sally Dominguez and Resilient Water Solutions LLC. I will not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the system.

Feedback:

I may be invited to provide suggestions. I agree that any feedback I give may be used by Sally Dominguez/Resilient Water Solutions LLC without obligation or attribution. My innovations or data entered into the platform remain mine.

No License Granted:

Access to this alpha version does not grant me ownership or any usage rights beyond temporary trial access.

Breach:

I understand that unauthorized use or disclosure of the system may result in legal action.
