XPollinate.ai Alpha Privacy Policy

Your Privacy & Data

• We collect only what's needed: your name, email, IP address.
• Submitted ideas and comments are securely stored in a Supabase database and are accessible only to you and users you explicitly authorize (e.g. members of your team or organization). We use API calls to large language models (LLMs) solely to analyze this content. No one else can access or view your content.
• Your personal data is stored securely and used solely to support your alpha experience.

Your Ideas = Your IP

• Anything you enter into XPollinate.ai remains your intellectual property.
• We make no claim over your innovations or creative content.
• Feedback about the platform (e.g., bugs or feature suggestions) may be used to improve the product — but your innovation content is never reused or shared.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access, update, or delete your data
• Withdraw from the trial
• Request a copy of your personal data

Cookies Policy

X-Pollinate uses only essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the web application to function properly. We do not use any non-essential, marketing, or tracking cookies.

Essential Cookies Used:

• Authentication cookies: Used to keep you signed in and verify your identity. These expire 1 hour after being set, or earlier if you sign out.
• Session management cookies: Used to maintain your active session while using the application. These are automatically deleted when you close your browser (session cookies).
